PicTalk software is available since morning, source code available here on GitHub,
Current version (as of 21st of Feb 2018) supports SDRPlay RSP1/A and RTLSDR. Funcube is not working properly (frequency management issue) and will be added soon.
This sotware requires Python 3.5 to be installed.
To compile this program you need to check that you have the correct Python installed, and in particular the following packages:

Petit tour a F6KBF aujourd’hui, pour peaufiné un quart d’onde VHF, pour le mobile, j’en profite pour passer une NAGOYA UT-106UV a l’analyseur, vendu sur ebay aux alentour de 4€, pour ce prix, c’est une copie de la Nagoya Genuine
Sur embase magnétique, VHF/UHF, gain annoncé 2.15db, 3metres de cable RG174 sur entrée SMA.
Un passage étonnant sur analyseur DG8SAQ, nous montre une perf a -36db sur 145.500
Mesure réaliser (vhf uniquement) sur un large plan de masse, le toit de ma voiture.

You plan to drive for a long way? broadcast your position on APRS Network, with some components you can build a small tracker. Arduino sketch is based from Trackuino, EA5HAV Javi
Trackuino is more intended to be used on ballon flights, but can work for APRS general purpose.
With some minor modifications, the tracker can send position depending of speed of the vehicle. Reading var gps_speed parser and set the APRS_PERIOD do the job.
Just bellow, is the schematic, D3 is used to generate the modulation, through the trimmer you can adjust the modulation level, D12 is used to saturate the transistor and do the PTT, GPS1 is GPS shield, but for my test i have used a old EM406. A0 is used to monitor the battery voltage with a resistor divider. 10k/3.3k, a temperature sensor LM60, is connected A1. All parameters, like callsign, Gps baudrate, pin assignation …. can be set into the config.h file

Le satellite PICSAT lancé le 12 janvier 2018, émet des télémesures sur 435.525 MHz avec le protocole BPSK à 1200 bauds.
En attendant le logiciel PicTalk qui sera mis trés bientôt à disposition des amateurs et radioamateurs, il est possible de décoder et d’envoyer les télémesures en se basant sur la méthode suivante.
